CRYPTO SINCE 2017

Hi, I’m Kira.
I get your world.

The business model. The technology.
The legal architecture.

I have worked in crypto since 2017, through successive market cycles and changing rules. I understand the mechanics behind the product as well as the commercial decisions behind the business.

Bring me the model, the constraints and the ambition. I’ll help you explore the options, see the trade-offs and put a workable structure in place.

Can you help us assess whether a licence is needed?

Yes. I start with the activities, control, users and markets involved. The work can include a perimeter assessment, comparison of licensing routes and analysis of whether changes to the operating model could lawfully place particular activities outside that perimeter.

What kinds of crypto projects do you work with?

My focus is crypto: wallets, trading platforms, DeFi protocols, DAOs and crypto gaming. I have worked with crypto since 2017. The starting point is how your particular product and business model work.

Can I speak with you before I know which service I need?

Yes. You do not need to arrive with a legal brief. Tell me what you are building, what decision is coming up and any deadlines. The introductory call helps us work out whether the project fits my practice and what to discuss next.

What happens on the introductory call?

We discuss your business, the immediate question and the scope of support you may need. It is an initial scoping conversation. Substantive legal analysis and deliverables are addressed through an agreed engagement.

How are scope and fees agreed?

The scope depends on the product, jurisdictions, documents and level of support involved. We discuss the fee, deliverables and timing before substantive work begins. Send a short project overview to start that conversation.

Can you help with a project involving several jurisdictions?

Cross-border questions are part of my practice. The relevant jurisdictions and any need for locally qualified counsel are identified when defining the scope. An international project does not mean the same rules apply everywhere.

What should I share in my first message?

A short description of the product, target markets, current stage and the decision you need to make. A public website or deck link can help. Please do not send private keys, passwords or sensitive case materials in an initial enquiry.
