Information you choose to share
When you contact Kira by email, Telegram or an appointment booking service, you may share your name, contact information, project details and the content of your enquiry. This information is used to respond, assess the requested support, arrange a conversation and discuss a possible engagement.
The project email outline
The outline on the contact page prepares a message in your browser. This website does not submit that outline to a server, save it in browser storage or send an email on your behalf. You choose whether to open your email app, copy the text or send it through another service. The copy button writes the prepared message to your clipboard when you select it.
Website analytics and your choice
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, referral sources, pages read and interactions with contact options. Analytics starts only after you select Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to the website or its contact options.
Analytics may process cookie identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location and website interactions. The website sends contact methods and the fact that an email outline was prepared; it does not send your name, project details or the text of your message as analytics events. The private editor and unpublished previews do not load analytics.
You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. The choice is stored in a first-party cookie for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are also configured to expire after 180 days without automatic renewal. If you withdraw consent, this site stops analytics and removes its accessible Google Analytics cookies; this does not erase information already processed by Google.
Google processes analytics information through its infrastructure, which may be outside your country. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this website’s analytics configuration.
Website operation
The hosting service may process technical connection information to deliver and secure the website. Fonts and page images are served with the site. The social-sharing image references an asset from the original website.
Article publishing and sign-in
Published articles are available to readers. The private editor uses Sign in with ChatGPT and stores articles, drafts, publication dates and the authorised editor’s site-specific account identifier in the site’s database. Imported article images are stored with the draft in the site’s file storage. Unpublished drafts and their images are accessible only to the authorised editor; images referenced in a published article are available to readers. Authentication and hosting may use cookies necessary for access and security.
External services
Booking links open Google Calendar. Messaging and professional-profile links open Telegram and LinkedIn. These services process information under their own policies when you use them. Review Google’s Privacy Policy, Telegram’s Privacy Policy and LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy for their practices.
Enquiries and legal work
Please keep initial enquiries high-level. Do not send private keys, passwords or sensitive case materials through an initial message. Contacting Kira or booking a call does not by itself establish a lawyer–client relationship. Any substantive engagement, scope and arrangements for sharing documents are agreed separately.
Requests about your information
You can use the email address above to ask about information you have provided or request its correction or deletion. Requests are considered in light of any applicable obligations relating to legal work and records. Information you give directly to an external service is also subject to that service’s own processes.
